[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Satoshi is a noble guy and would do anything for the people that he loved. Until he was stripped from his title, Satoshi believed everything that was coming from those that were of higher rank. He would just follow orders without questioning it. Nowadays this has changed, as he had discovered that the truth wasn't being told. His whole life he was trained to be a warrior for his county, he didn't had to think about his next steps as they were already lain out by his father. Now that this was no longer the case, he had to adapt. Suddenly start to think about what he wants in life.

Because he always had a pretty straight forward path, Satoshi didn't had many friends. His main friends were fellow-soldiers, but they ousted him too. He was comfortable with being along and doesn't know how to behave in large social gatherings. He might seem a little rough on the outside, but actually is a very loving guy. He never had a girlfriend, as that was only acceptable by is family as he grew older. Of course he had his casual flings on the side, but nothing lasting. Even though life gave him a hard lesson, he still tries to see the positive and give people the benifit of the doubt.

╳ History

[attr="class","smallinfoboxyakidark"]Satoshi comes from a well-respected and wealthy family in Theise. For every man in the Noru family, his childhood was the same. From a very young age they were trained as warriors. They learned martial arts and eventually were able to choose a weapon to their liking. These usually ranged from swords, axes and bow and arrows. As warriors they joined the army, to defend their country against those that tried to hurt it. Most of the men in his family eventually gained a high rank in the army, overseeing troups and expanding Theise by taking over other countries. This has been ages ago, as there is a general peace treathy amongst the countries.

Just like many man from his family before him, also Satoshi was trained to be a skilled warrior. He was the only child as his monther died after giving brith to him, so he had to keep the family name in tact. Once skilled enough, he was sent for missions outside of the country. He soon learned that the world was different than he had learned. There was a strong separation between the rich and the poor as he met some poor farmers over at Daens. They farmers told him stories about the darkest of creatures roaming around the lands. Creatures of which Theise's leiders said where completely extinct. He followed the trail of the farmers and soon encountered a couple of these demonic creatures.

Wounded he had returned to Theise to report, but the leaders wouldn't hear him. Instead he was stripped from his title and had put his family name in disgrace. This left Satoshi pretty much on his own. Even though he is not allowed anymore to call himself one of Theise's soldiers anymore, he still traveles through the countries trying to help the poor and discover what is going on over in Daens.

Alzen is a mix of traits. She believes in loyalty to people, not organizations, and does not consider the world in black in white. Laws are good for guidance but definitely meant to be broken. In Alzen's world anything goes so long as it's not hurting others.

Despite her pragmatic appearance she cares very much for the people around her but is able to set those feelings aside if absolutely necessary. Given her line of work, this is probably a good thing. Most of her money has been made by less than reputable means so she often has to be versatile and think quick on her feet. 

Most of Alzen's motley crew of friends would say she has a stubborn streak, is often incredibly blunt with her thoughts, but despite this she is a loyal and supportive companion. She tries her best to put effort into those around her but circumstances don't always line up. Since most of Alzen's life has been traveling around the now-troubled Daens, she is familiar to the struggles of the weak and poor. 

Only recently has she had to rethink these values given the introduction of the dragon stone. Now, for once in her life, she's forced to think about a much larger problem that could spell the destruction of not only her beloved Daens, but the entire world.

╳ History

Like most of Daen's populace, Alzen grew up in the farmlands of the destitute country. Daens, where a handful of lesser lords remain in constant squabbles over territories that leave the populace decimated financially and typically without a decent source of food. Due to the countries proximity to the break, the area where demons are now pouring forth, the residents are often victims of demon attacks (lichs, vampires, demons, etc) and thus have gained an uncomfortable mistrust of strangers. 

Alzen grew up as an orphan with a group of children, never really knowing her parents. While her physical appearance suggests a full blooded regular elf it's anyone's guess if there is some dark elf or human in her. Her youth was spent stealing and making ends meet. Eventually one of the lesser lords broke up her rag tag bunch and Alzen took to traveling. Her life of thieving continued without anything significant happening.

It was only when Alzen stumbled upon a man dying alone in an isolated marsh that things changed. Against her better judgement she went to help and when she did the man grabbed her hand with his own. In a flash of dark energy a dark purple stone embedded itself in Alzen's right palm and the man died, wordlessly. Confused and frightened, Alzen made several attempts to discover the man's identity or remove the gem without much success. Seeing as it was only a physical change she decided it wasn't worth more of her time and continued her life of traveling among Daens.

But the way she'd lived before no longer fit with her new, unwanted abilities. She began to feel the whispers of demons. It was easy to ignore the blaring responsibilities that were indicated by this at first but when Alzen accidentally tapped into the power of the gem during a fight everything became frighteningly real. Whatever this thing was she needed to find out and fast before someone got hurt.

╳ Skills & Abilities

Dragon Stone ~ newly acquired, Alzen doesn't know the limits of this stone. As such she has developed an unnatural ability to cast dark magics from the effected palm. It's a mixed bag though because sometimes she can't control it. Due to the gem's influence she's also gained an uncomfortable ability to sense demons and if an individual is possessed - this is usually limited to certain demons (ie a really strong demon could ward off these senses). Lastly Alzen can use her effected palm to 'yank out' a lesser demon from a host. 

Rogue Skills ~ due to her line of 'work', Alzen has a moderate about of talent with anything involving sneaking, stealing, or slight of hand. This has gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion.

Duel wield, Daggers ~ Alzen's primary weapon remains two hand-held daggers that she dual wields. While her attacks aren't particularly strong they do have the advantage of speed and when placed appropriately would be able to do some damage.
